I, too, have fallen victim to this JOKE of a company! I ordered a mattress from JC Penney on June 25th. NSD is not a company we would consider doing business with again. While I do appreciate Amazon refunding us for a product we never received, we are still out the time spent waiting and trying to get information on the supposed delivery. This was a nightmare with the only resolution a refund from Amazon. This delivery was to our 2nd home and we had made special plans to have the item delivered on a specific day and made sure we were there the entire day and 6 days following. We even left messages with the VP of Customer Service with no response. This is a 200 pound item, so it would be noticeable! We heard it was rescheduled, delivered, missed delivery, yet no one could provide any concrete information. We were supposed to have the item delivered inside the front door with a signature required. Many calls going to a bot or actual calls saying they would call back and never did. NSD totally mishandled our delivery in Michigan and we went 6 days of contacting them, getting different answers with each call and they were never able to tell us where our delivery was or why it was not delivered to us. We placed an order through Amazon and they in turn used 3rd party delivery partner NSD.
